Swayam courses seminar By Ramsir and TejalMem
A seminar on SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) was organized for First year students to introduce them to the benefits of online learning through the Government of India's SWAYAM platform. The resource person explained the features of SWAYAM, the course registration process, credit transfer opportunities, and the availability of free learning resources from leading institutions such as IITs, IIMs, and central universities.
Students were guided on how to explore courses, enroll in subjects relevant to their academic programs, and earn certificates by successfully completing the courses. The seminar also highlighted the importance of continuous learning, skill development, and digital education for improving career prospects.
The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where students clarified their doubts regarding course selection, examinations, and certification. The seminar motivated students to make effective use of SWAYAM as a platform for self-learning and lifelong education.
